Picking Up Your Diploma

Have you graduated from Université Grenoble Alpes and want to collect your diploma? Find all the essential information here regarding availability dates, required documents, and different collection options.

Good to Know

  • A diploma is an official document that is issued in its final form. It is therefore very important to keep it in a safe place.
  • Your diploma will not be sent to you automatically. You must request it.
  • Intermediate degrees, such as the DEUG or the master's degree, are issued only upon request.

When can you pick up your diploma?

  • If you graduated this year:
    Your diploma will be available starting in March of next year.
  • If it has been several years since you graduated:
    First, contact the "Degrees" department by email at pole-diplomes@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr to check if your degree is ready to be picked up.

How do you pick up your diploma?

You have three options:

  • On-site pickup:
    You can pick up your diploma in person at the university.
  • Pickup by proxy:
    Someone else may pick up your diploma on your behalf at the university.
  • Mail-in Service:
    Your diploma can be mailed to you if you are unable to come in person.
