What is a competency cluster?

A competency cluster corresponds to a coherent set of professional skills, which are directly linked to a college degree: these area certified portion of a diploma, which is registered in the National Directory of Professional Certifications (RNCP) and is therefore officially recognized.

Each block:

• Meets a specific business need.
• Is evaluated and validated.
• Leads to an official certificate of completion.

Please note: These courses are eligible for funding through your Personal Training Account (CPF).

How does it work?

Each competency block consists of several course units (CUs):

• Subject-specific (related to a specific field).
• And/or cross-functional (transferable skills, methods, tools).

A block is approved when all of the course units that make it up have been approved.

In terms of organization:

• You are free to choose the order in which you prepare the blocks.
• Each validated block is permanently stored.
• You can spread out your plan to return to school over several years.
• Ultimately, successful completion of all modules leads to the full degree.
• These modules can serve as a foundation or a supplement to the process of earning a degree through the recognition of prior learning (RPL).
