Administrative registration directly with the Registrar's Office
If you are in a special situation or are unable to register online, you must register directly with the registrar's office at your school, college, or institute. Here are the steps to follow.

Your application to Université Grenoble Alpes has been accepted, and you hold the required degree or qualification to enroll? To find out the steps you need to take for your registration, contact the academic registry of your school, faculty, or institute directly. You'll find their contact information in the message notifying you of your admission.
Step 2: Pay the CVEC
Before you enroll in college, you must pay the Student Life and Campus Fee (CVEC). This is a fee administered by the CROUS that is used to fund projects aimed at improving your living and learning conditions.
For the 2025–2026 academic year, the CVEC amount is 105 €.
Pay your fee online. Please note: Some people are exempt from the CVEC. Before paying, be sure to check the website to see if this applies to you.
Download your CVEC certificate and keep it in a safe place.
Step 3: Sign Up
Before filling out your application, we recommend that you read the explanatory guide carefully. It will provide you with all the details about the sections of the form and list the documents you need to submit. Download the explanatory guide
To register with your school, you will need the following items:
The completed registration form.
The supporting documents required based on your situation (listed in the explanatory note).
A payment method to pay your registration fees (credit card, check, or bank transfer).
Please note: If you do not have an appointment with your admissions office and need to mail your application, use the address provided in your admission confirmation email.
Step 4: Obtain your proof of enrollment
Once your registration has been approved, you will be able to find your proof of enrollment and your payment receipt (if you have paid the registration fee) online. They will be available in the "My Web Folder" section of the Leo student intranet.
Your login credentials for the Leo intranet will be sent to you by email at the address you provided when you registered. Please note: Please allow 48 to 72 hours after you register. to receive these login credentials.

Once you've logged in, click the"MonDossierWeb" icon located at the bottom left of the home page, and follow the instructions.
Step 5: Pick up your student ID card
Your student ID card will not be issued until your registration is complete and you have provided all the required documents. You must pick it up, as you will need it to attend classes and take your exams.
How you pick up your student ID card depends on your academic unit (faculty, school, institute).
Picking Up a Student ID Card at a Self-Service Kiosk

The Procedure to Follow
If your component uses this system, you will need to must Please complete the following steps before picking up your student ID card:
You have submitted all your supporting documents (see Step 3).
You have received an email confirming that your supporting documents have been approved by your academic department.
Upload the QR code to the app (it will only be available once your supporting documents have been approved). Please note: this is not the Parcoursup QR code!
Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
After this period, the centralized administrative registration assistance service will be closed. If you have any questions, please contact your registrar's office.
