The Online Schedule

Throughout the academic year, you have access to your online class schedule. This schedule provides all the information you need for your classes: times, room assignments, and the instructor's name. It is updated in real time, allowing you to see any changes immediately.

You are currently registering at Université Grenoble Alpes

If you are currently in the process of registering at Université Grenoble Alpes, please complete your registration quickly to retrieve your computer login credentials. They'll let you log in to your online schedule.

In the meantime, for students whose host institution (school, college, or institute) uses the ADE application to manage class schedules (1), you can view a simplified version from your schedule (excluding information about teachers).

There are several ways to access your personalized schedule:

  1. The simplified schedule is available to all students at Université Grenoble Alpes, with the exception of those enrolled at Grenoble INP - UGA, Sciences Po Grenoble - UGA, ENSAG - UGA, Grenoble IAE Valence, and the Valence IUT.
  2. Excluding affiliated institutions (Grenoble INP - UGA, Sciences Po Grenoble - UGA, ENSAG - UGA).
