Study at Université Grenoble Alpes

Pricing Policy for Participants in Continuing Education Programs

For participants in continuing education programs, the fee structure for courses offered by the University of the Gulf of Aquitaine (Université Grenoble Alpes , UGA) differs from that for traditional students, in accordance with Article D714-62 of the Education Code.

The course fee covers all services provided by the university in connection with the course, excluding meal, lodging, and travel expenses. It consists of the training costs determined by the institution and registration fees set annually at the national level. The pricing policy is approved by the board of directors, and the fees are set on a flat-rate or hourly basis, depending on the type of training.

If the training can be funded by a third party (company, OPCO, etc.), it is up to the trainee to apply for coverage.

These rates are exempt from VAT pursuant to Article 261-4-4° of the General Tax Code.

To better understand the framework for implementing training fees, See the university's guidance document.

Please note: funding for apprenticeship contracts (as part of initial training) is handled under a different operating procedure.
