Please note: The official dates for the opening of the ParcourSup platform for the 2026–2027 academic year have not yet been announced. The schedule below is provided for informational purposes only.

Step 1
Starting December 17, 2025: Review the course offerings

Starting December 17, 2025, when the Parcoursup platform opens:
  • Log in to Parcoursup at
    Go to www.parcoursup.gouv.fr
  • Check out the training courses at
Browse the training courses that interest you. On each course page, you can see what is expected of candidates, such as the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Step 2
January 19, 2026, through March 12, 2026: registration on the platform and submission of program preferences

January 19 through March 12, 2026:

  • Log in to Parcoursup at
    Go to www.parcoursup.gouv.fr
  • Create your application
On Parcoursup, create your personal account. You’ll need to provide your personal information, contact details, and academic history. You’ll then be given an application number and a confidential code. Be sure to keep them safe!
  • Submit your course preferences at
You have until March 12, 2026, to select the courses that interest you, with a maximum of 10 preferences.

Through April 1, 2026:

  • Confirm your applications at
For each choice, you must confirm your selection and complete your application, including the "Fiche Avenir" form. This form includes your high school's recommendation, your grades, and your reasons for choosing the program.

Step 3
June 2, 2026, through September 10, 2026: Submission of proposals and responses

Starting June 2, 2026, you must log in to Parcoursup to view the responses for each program.

Please note: The platform is on hiatus during the high school graduation exams.

Here are the responses you may receive:
  • "Yes": You have been admitted.
  • "Yes, if": You've been admitted, but only on the condition that you complete a personalized support program to bring your skills up to speed.Learn more
  • "On hold": There is no space available at the moment, but a spot may become available.
  • "No": You have not been accepted (this applies only to selective programs).

Step 4
Decision-making

You must respond to the proposals by the deadlines specified by the platform.
  • If you have only one admission offer, you can either accept it or decline it. Be careful, because if you decline this offer, you may not receive any others.
  • If you have received multiple offers, you may accept only one—the one that corresponds to your preferred program. By accepting an offer, you automatically decline the others, thereby freeing up the spots you turned down for other applicants.
  • If you're "on hold" for other preferences, be sure to let us know so we can keep them! Otherwise, they'll be automatically deleted.
Once you have accepted an offer from Université Grenoble Alpes, you can proceed with your administrative enrollment starting in July.

Be sure to log in to Parcoursup regularly so you don't miss anything!
