3. Main Phase: Receipt of Responses
June 3–16, 2026

During this period, you should log in to the Mon Master platform regularly to check the responses you have received regarding your applications to the various programs.

Here are the responses you may receive:
  • Positive response: Your application has been accepted.
  • On hold: Your application has not been rejected, but there are no openings available at this time. You are on a waiting list.
  • Rejection notice: Your application was not selected.
It is crucial to respond within the timeframes specified by the platform so that your proposals are not rejected.

Different situations:
  • If you have only one positive offer:
You can accept it or decline it. Be careful if you decline it, because there is no guarantee that you will receive another offer.
  • If you have received multiple offers:
You may only accept one. Choose the one that best suits you. By accepting an offer, you automatically free up the spots you had reserved in the other master's programs. These spots will then be available to other applicants.
  • If you only have pending applications:
You'll have to be patient. Things can still change during this phase.
  • If you accept a positive offer but still have pending preferences that interest you:
You must clearly indicate this on the platform. If you do not, these pending preferences will be deleted.
  • If you accept an admission offer at Université Grenoble Alpes:
Make sure to follow the university's administrative registration schedule to finalize your enrollment.
  • If you haven't been admitted anywhere at the end of the main admission round:
Don't panic—you can apply again during the supplemental admission round.

Please note: There is a specific timeline for students applying for a work-study master's program.
  • April 30, 2026: You will receive responses regarding your contract search.
  • April 30, 2026, through June 12, 2026: This is the phase for seeking contracts with companies.
  • Starting June 12, 2026: You must submit your contract to confirm your admission.

4. Additional Phase
June 19, 2026, through July 19, 2026

This phase is intended for students who have not yet found a master's program, who have not yet definitively accepted an offer, or who missed the main application phase.
  • Creating an Application and Submitting Preferences on Mon Master
You may apply to 10 traditional and combined master’s programs and 10 work-study master’s programs. You may apply to multiple tracks within the same field of study. Please note: You may not reapply to a master’s program that has already rejected you during the main application round.
  • Receiving Responses
You must log in to the platform, review the admission offers made to you, and respond to them.
