Study at Université Grenoble Alpes

If you have been accepted in a training program at UGA through the eCandidat app, the next step is to have your academic records transferred.

To do this, you need to obtain a "Outgoing Transfer" form from your home university. This form must be completed, signed, and stamped by their registrar’s office. Once you have it, simply submit it to the registrar’s office of your future academic unit (school, college, or institute) at UGA.

If your current institution does not have this "transfer departure" form, don't worry. You can ask the UGA Registrar's Office directly to provide you with one "Transfer Upon Arrival at the UGA" form that you will need to fill out.
