Calendar

• For ETC courses offered in the first semester:
  Online registration is open from September 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. through September 25, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
• For ETCs offered in the second semester:
  Online registration is open from January 5, 2027, at 10:00 a.m. through January 19, 2027, at 4:00 p.m.

Recommendations

• Check with your academic office to see if the ETC is required for your program, because if it is and you do not register for it, you could be considered "in default."
• Check to see if the ETC's class schedules are compatible with your schedule. If they aren't, choose another one.
• Once online registration is complete, you will no longer be able to change your ETC.
• Print your enrollment agreement after registering. Only this document will serve as proof that you are enrolled.
• Do not attend an ETC class without first registering. If you were unable to register by the deadline, contact the Cross-Disciplinary Education Office as soon as possible. Registration may be possible depending on the number of remaining spots.
• Check your student intranet regularly to stay up to date on schedules (classes and exams) and any changes.

Registration

Registration for the ETC is done online. 

To register, simply bring your student ID, log in to our online application, and follow the instructions.
