Apply for a training program through the eCandidat app

The eCandidat platform is an online platform that allows you to apply for university programs. It centralizes applications for bachelor’s degrees, master’s degrees, and other degrees. On eCandidat, you can view available programs, create your application, upload your documents, and track the status of your applications. The eCandidat application has been opensince February 10, 2026.

Step 1: Review the courses and schedules

  • Log in to the eCandidat platform at

  • Check out the training offerings at
    You can start reviewing the course descriptions. Now is the time to carefully read the prerequisites (the expected knowledge and skills) to see if you have the right profile.
  • Check the schedules
    The eCandidat application opens on February 10, 2026, but not all application periods begin on that date. To find out the exact schedules, please visit the "Program Offerings" page on the platform. You can also find specific information directly on the websites of the schools, colleges, or institutes that interest you.

Step 2: Create your application and track your application

  • Create your application online
  • Make your wishesat
    You can make up to 4 wishes.
  • Receipt of Application
    You will receive a message confirming that your application has been received. If any documents are missing, you will be notified and will need to submit them via the eCandidat platform.
  • Review of Application Materials
    The admissions committee is reviewing your application.
  • Response
    You will receive notification regarding your application: approved, rejected, or placed on the waiting list.
  • Acceptance
    If you approve the notice, you must log in again to confirm your registration or withdraw your consent.
  • Registration
    Once you have confirmed, you will receive a message authorizing you to register. Registration is usually done online.
  • Transfer of Academic Records
    If you are transferring from another French university, your admission requires that you submit your academic records toUniversité Grenoble Alpes.
