Changing Your Major While in College

Have you started your academic year at Université Grenoble Alpes, but find that your program or course of study is not right for you? Are you considering changing your path? Several options are available to you.

 
  • Would you like to switch majors starting in the second semester of this academic year
    Are you a first-year student considering switching to a different bachelor’s program (L1) starting in the second semester of this academic year? It’s possible, but this change isn’t automatic: it’s subject to review of your application by an academic committee.

  • Looking to change your course of study next year?
    If you wish to redirect your studies next year toward a first-year bachelor's degree (licence or BUT) at Université Grenoble Alpes, you must pre-register on the national Parcoursup platform.
